          We at Homerley Hues INC want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we are here to help.

          1. Returns

          • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

          • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

          2. Non-Returnable Items
          Certain items are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons:

          • Gift cards

          • Intimate apparel

          • Items marked as "Final Sale"/ "Clearance"

          3. How to Initiate a Return

          1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at our subscription email block with your order number and reason for return.

          2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

          3. Ship the Item: Mail your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.

          • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/missing item shipped).

          4. Refunds

          • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

          • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

          • Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

          5. Exchanges
          The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

          6. Damaged or Defective Items
          Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
